Reservation Information

■To reserve seats:
Print the reservation form available below (hyperlink), fill out the required information, and fax to 956/380-8728 or mail to: UTPA Dance Program, Dept. of Music and Dance, HPE II.115, 1201 W. University Drive, Edinburg, TX 78539.

■To make payment:
Mail your payment by the deadline specified to: UTPA Payments & Collections Office, SSB 1.145, 1201 W. University Drive, Edinburg, TX 78539. Make check payable to: UTPA-21DNCE003. Include a copy of the reservation form with your payment.

PLEASE NOTE:

■A reservation must be completed prior to attending any dance concert. Reservations will not be made over the phone.

■Payment is not needed to make a reservation. Payment must be sent by due date specified on the reservation form.

■Refunds will be issued ONLY for cancellations made by the payment deadline. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is made after the payment deadline. Payment deadlines are two weeks prior to concert.

■A reservation is not complete until you have received a reservation and payment confirmation from our office. Confirmations will be sent via fax. If you do not receive your confirmations, please notify our office as soon as possible at 381-2230.

All Concerts will be held in the UTPA Fine Arts Auditorium. Individuals with disabilities needing special accommodations should call the dance program office at least two weeks prior to the event so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
