Omega Delta Phi Fraternity
Alpha Gamma Chapter

History

On November 7, 1998 at the University Of Texas-Pan American, 22 young men made history when they came together and carried out a vision that will be remembered for many years to come. This goal was to better the community by starting an organization that would provide service. Two interest groups were united to form this organization. One of the groups was lead by Nathan Obregon from Texas A&M University, and the other was lead by Horacio Elizondo from Southwest Texas University. After combining these two groups, it took hard work, and a lot of determination and bonding that granted them with colony status on February 6, 1999. Their brotherhood then helped them achieve chapter status later that year, becoming the men of Omega Delta Phi, Alpha Gamma Chapter.
