Project Overview

  • The last phase in Web-based Time Entry is scheduled for roll-out on September 1, 2007.
  • All faculty and staff will be included in this last phase.
  • A training environment has been created to assist departmental trainers, please refer to the important email section for website information.
  • Training for departmental trainers was held last week, August 15 and 16.
  • Departmental trainers will be the first line of support and are responsible for all employee trainings for their departments.
  • All scantron time records will be obsolete for any time worked beginning September 1, 2007.
  • Scantron time records will still be accepted for any work or leave prior to September 1, 2007.
  • Web-based Time Entry System is accessible on any computer with internet connection.
