For those applying for fall admission, changes in Texas Academic Skills Program requirements that go into effect this fall mandate that undergraduate students entering Texas public colleges and universities must have taken the TASP or an approved alternative test before enrolling. Previously, students could complete up to nine semester credit hours before taking the TASP.
