Scholarship applications are available in the Financial Aid Office in Room 186 of the Student Services Building.
Applicants also may use a database available at the Financial Aid Office to assist with their scholarship search.
"With the database, called SunFinder, applicants can type in their personal information and receive a listing of scholarships that they are eligible for," said Michelle Alvarado, coordinator of special programs in the Financial Aid Office.
SunFinder asks students and prospective students to provide personal information, including income, grade point average and high school activities.
Internet resources, such as www.FastWEB.com, also are available that can provide a list of scholarships based on information provided by its users.
Students and prospective students also may be eligible for departmental scholarships. Deadline information on these scholarships is available from the individual academic departments at UT Pan American.
