The carnival is open to all students, faculty and staff, as well as the surrounding community.
The festival, which is free to the public, will feature food booths, carnival games, costume contests with cash prizes, music by local band 24/7, and other free attractions, such as inflatable moon jumps. Free parking is available adjacent to the Fieldhouse.
All proceeds made from the booths go to UTPA student organizations.
Bring the kids and the grandparents and have a howling good time while supporting opportunities for UTPA students. For more information, please call the University Program Board at 956/316-7991.
