| The University of Texas-Pan American Police Department donated more than 200 toys Tuesday, Dec. 11 to the 13th Annual Adopt-an-Angel Program at UTPA. The Police Department traded parking tickets for new and unwrapped toys Nov. 27-Dec. 10. The toys were donated to the Adopt-an-Angel Program, which provides gifts for children of UTPA students who are receiving need-based financial aid. Pictured from left to right are Deborah Flores, UTPA parking officer clerk; Melissa Sandoval, UTPA parking services manager; Patricia Miranda, UTPA parking office supervisor; Keila S.
