State Farm Companies Foundation donates $50,000 to UTPA

| The University of Texas-Pan American announced a new partnership between UTPA and State Farm Companies Foundation at a press conference Oct. 26. State Farm presented a $50,000 grant to the University and pledged a three-year partnership and sponsorship for Hispanic Engineering, Science and Technology (HESTEC) Week. State Farm Companies Foundation – a founding sponsor of HESTEC – has already contributed more than $110,000 to UTPA in the last few years.
