IT Service Desk open for business

The Department of Information Technology and Help Desk 2020 held a grand opening for the new IT Service Desk Wednesday, Jan. 7. The IT Service Desk is located in the Academic Services Building, Room 1.102 and offers faculty, staff and students various computer support. The type of services provided to students include: e-mail activation; EID Pins; VMS and SLIP accounts; registration and Campus Pipeline support; Web mail; and account password resets (Valid ID Required). Services provided for faculty and staff include: exchange account support; VMS and SLIP accounts; Eudora & Outlook support; Microsoft Office training and consultation; and account password resets (Valid ID Required). The IT Service Desk will be open until 7 p.m., Jan. 5-23, to accommodate night and weekend students. Office hours for the service desk are Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Fridays, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. For more information call 956/381-2020 or e-mail emailsupport@panam.edu
