The Business Affairs Hotline was initiated in fall 1994 to resolve problems and concerns involving transactions within the Division of Business Affairs.

López said both her and Karla Barragan, an accountant in Accounts Control, try and address the questions as quickly as possible.
“If the question is best addressed by another business affairs department, callers are either referred to that office accordingly; or at their preference, we will obtain a response from that department on their behalf,” López said.
The hotline is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Callers may leave voice messages after hours, and a response will be provided the next business day.
