| The University of Texas-Pan American Folkloric dancers entertained faculty, staff and students during a Cinco de Mayo celebration on the UTPA campus. Mariachi band Los Arrieros joined in on the festivities while on lookers enjoyed free food, a jalapeno eating contest and various other activities. The celebration was organized by the University Program Board and the Student Union. | |
