Sponsored by UTPA’s College of Health Sciences and Human Services and the UTPA’s Coordinated Program in Dietetics, the workshop is designed to provide an up-to-date comprehensive preparation for the American Dietetic Association Registration Examination for those with a bachelor of science in nutrition or dietetics. The review will include the five domains included in the exam — food and nutrition, nutrition services (community and clinical), education and research, foodservice systems and management.
Fee for the workshop, which lasts from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, is $200 per person.
