Donations pour in to de la Garza Memorial fund to benefit rehab students
Dalia de la Garza said her son, Javier "Jay" de la Garza, always had a heart for taking care of others. When he was a child, he would go into his parents' room to give them a kiss and say good night every evening, and when his mother was sick, Jay would be by her bedside with a damp cloth to put over her forehead.
