Enrollment reaches record numbers at UTPA, tops 19,000 students
Enrollment at The University of Texas-Pan American has reached its highest level with over 19,000 students now attending the institution. UTPA is well on track to succeed in the Closing the Gaps campaign – an initiative set up by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) to ensure educational success for all students.

UTPA Carnival of the Great Pumpkin will be a real treat
The University of Texas-Pan American invites all souls to celebrate its 45th annual Carnival of the Great Pumpkin on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 6-10 p.m. at the UTPA Fieldhouse. More than 4,000 people are expected to attend the event, which is free and open to the UTPA community and public.

Vote early at UTPA through Nov. 4
The University of Texas-Pan American will house an early voting polling site at the Wellness and Recreational Sports Complex (WRSC) from Oct. 24-Nov. 4 and is urging the UTPA community and Hidalgo County residents to cast ballots there.
