UTPA to hold auction March 20-23
The University of Texas-Pan American is offering surplus property for sale to the general public March 20-23. Items will be sold “as is” via means of sealed bid with the sale being awarded to the highest bidder. Deadline for submitting bids is at noon on Thursday, March 23.
