The University of Texas-Pan American Venus Support Group is once again offering female students emotional and psychological support through several small weekly support sessions beginning Monday, Sept. 20.
The University of Texas-Pan American Department of Music will present internationally recognized voice teacher Robert Edwin in a conference and concert Friday, Oct. 1, and Saturday, Oct. 2, in the UTPA Fine Arts Auditorium.

Dr. Kichoon Yang, former chair of the Department of Mathematics at The University of Texas-Pan American, is now serving as the university’s first assistant vice president for academic affairs for undergraduate studies.
Dr. Gilbert Cardenas, professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at The University of Texas-Pan American, is the university’s new assistant vice president for academic affairs for international programs.
