Undergraduate and graduate students from the UTPA College of Health Sciences and Human Services (COHSHS) had the opportunity to showcase their research topics and posters during the college's third annual Student Research Day Thursday, April 16 at the University Library Lobby. More than 20 research posters were displayed during the event, which was coordinated and judged by the COHSHS Faculty Research Committee. The committee also chose six winners overall in both undergraduate and graduate categories. First place winners received Dell laptop computers, second place won Ipods, and third place recipients took home digital cameras.
