Texas House of Representatives members visit UTPA

Members of the Texas House of Representatives visited The University of Texas-Pan American's Rapid Response Manufacturing Center (RRMC) Thursday, May 8. During their visit, they learned about the collaborative efforts that led to the center's launch and the benefits it will bring to the manufacturing community. Visitors also heard from Dr. Blandina Cárdenas, UTPA president, who talked about the high quality of students in the University's Department of Engineering.
