Entering freshmen from The University of Texas-Pan American Department of Mechanical Engineering participated in the annual Spaghetti Bridge Competition Friday, Dec. 7 at the Engineering Building. During the event, students taking ENGR 1101 build bridges out of spaghetti and glue to compete in the annual contest. Students, who build the spaghetti bridge that supports the most weight, win the competition. In addition, winners get 30 points on their final grade course.
