Latin American ambassadors speak to UTPA students during Pan American Days

The University of Texas-Pan American celebrated Pan American Days 2006, April 3-7, which featured a week of speakers, performers and exhibits from the United States and Latin America. During the four-day event, hosted by the Office of International Programs, Jaime Aparicio Otero, former Bolivian ambassador to the U.S., and James Spalding, ambassador of Paraguay to the U.S., spoke to the UTPA community about political and economic issues in Latin America April 5.
