New additions to this year's events include The Festival of International Books and Arts (FESTIBA) and the unveiling of a Hispanic National Medal of Science - the Alvarez Prize - an annual award which will be presented to a top Hispanic scientist or engineer commencing on the fifth anniversary HESTEC Week.
