Bill Ellis Jr. (left), attorney-at-law and member of The University of Texas-Pan American Foundation Board, answers questions from Michael Uhrbrock (right), associate director of Community Development in the UTPA Office of Center Operations and Community Services, during one of four will writing seminars held April 13 at the International Trade and Technology Building. Ellis conducted the free seminars for UTPA employees and their spouses in order to help them learn about and prepare important documents such as a simple will, power of attorney, health care directive and health care power of attorney. Forms provided by Ellis and filled out by attendees will result within a week in a will and other pertinent documents prepared free of charge by Ellis. The seminars, held once a year for UTPA staff and faculty, were organized through the University Development Center in the Division of External Affairs.
