The University of Texas-Pan American Clark Gallery is hosting "Shared Images," an international exhibit, from Aug. 10 to Aug. 24.

A reception is Monday, Aug. 13, from 7-9 p.m. in the Clark Gallery.

UTPA Professor Edwin Cuenco and Professor Om Prasad Gautam and Dean Rajan Regmi of Kathmandu Don Bosco College in Nepal are curators of the exhibit and international cultural exchange. The exhibit includes artwork from faculty and students from Kathmandu Don Bosco College.

Also, artwork by UTPA faculty and students will be simultaneously shown at the art gallery at Kathmandu Don Bosco College. Founded in 1998, the college awards bachelor's degrees in computer application, and the interest in computer graphics and graphic design lead to this cultural exchange.

Admission to all exhibitions is free, and the galleries are open Monday through Friday, except University holidays. For more information or special accommodations, please call the University Gallery at 956/381-2655 or by e-mail at
