UTPA to participate in Preparation for Adult Living program

The University of Texas-Pan American recently signed an agreement with the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services in Austin to participate in the Preparation for Adult Living (PAL) program, which provides assistance to students in foster care. The program will offer vocational and college information to graduating seniors through training sessions, financial aid assistance and support groups.
