The University of Texas-Pan American will host a Bachelor of Fine Arts exhibition, "Cyrk: Masks of Desire," by Imelda Peña from May 1-10 in the University Theatre and University Gallery.

A reception with Peña is May 4 from 7-9 p.m. in the University Theater.

Peña, an art major specializing in sculpture with a minor in philosophy, will feature a sculpture exhibition with several life-size figurative sculptures that portray the conflict that arises from the dual nature of the human psyche.

Admission to all exhibitions is free. The galleries are open Monday through Friday except on University holidays.

For more information or special accommodations, contact Dindy Reich, gallery director, at 956/381-2655 or galleries@panam.edu.
