Shell donates to support Texas Scholars graduates

TEXAS SCHOLARS DONATION - The Shell Education Foundation donated $5,000 to The University of Texas-Pan American to support recognition activities for area high school Texas Scholars graduates. The Texas Scholars program is a set of incentives and strategies aimed at motivating students to graduate with the more academically challenging state recommended high school degree.
