University Awards Office Supplies Contract

The Materials Management Department is pleased to announce a new consolidated office supply program for UTPA. Staples Business Advantage has been selected as UTPA's primary office supplies provider. This new program offers UTPA departments an efficient and convenient ordering process, lower costs for office supplies over existing suppliers, and superior customer service. The need to generate small purchase orders (SPOs) will not be necessary when ordering from the Staples contract (up to $5,000 per order).
