Help With UTPA Web Sites
Question: How do I clear my
temporary web file cache?
Answer: In order to clear your temporary web file cache open
up Internet Explorer and click on the "Tools" section near the
top. Once you have clicked on that, navigate to "Internet Options".
Once you have done that a new window should open up with several
options. By default the "General" tab should be selected near the
top. If
it isn't go ahead and select it. Once you are in the "General"
tab you'll notice that it is divided into three sections. Navigate to
the "Temporary Internet Files" section and click on the "Delete
Cookies" button and "Delete Files" button. Please note that
if you have never done this before it may take several minutes.
After it is done with the process you initiated click on the "OK"
button near
the bottom.
