The purpose of the flowchart is to give you an idea of just how many steps, people, and departments are involved in this process.

Not all of the flowchart is relevant to you. But the entire process, from start to finish, is shown so that you will understand what happens to the paperwork when it leaves your hands.

Hopefully, the flowchart will show you what part you play in the process and the parts other people play. If you talk to someone from another department, you can better understand their role in the process and where to call if you have questions.
