Per the Handbook of Operating Procedures (HOP) the Office of Human
Resources (HR) will maintain the Institutional Pay Plan (the Pay Plan)
for classified employees. The Pay Plan contained herein includes a
listing of classified positions with the job class numbers (class
codes) classified job titles, corresponding pay ranges, the Fair Labor
Standards Act (FLSA) exempt or non-exempt status for each classified job
title, and the Job
Classification/Reclassification Procedures.
Also included herein are other pertinent Terms & Definitions
and Job Code Index used to designate benefits-eligibility
to each employee's assignment.
