Student Support Services/Learning Assistance Center

By addressing obstacles that interfere with student progress and by increasing student awareness of the relationship between academic, personal, and career choices and the fulfillment of degree and program requirements, the Learning Assistance Center (LAC) offers students critical support services which advance their understanding of the collegiate experience and help them to develop skills that enhance participation in that experience. The LAC provides tutorial centers, an advisement center, a counseling center, developmental education labs, and immigration compliance services for international students through the Office of International Admissions and Services.
