College Access and Support Programs (CASP) includes several projects and initiatives that promote college access for Rio Grande Valley students. Programs include: College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), Educational Talent Search, High School Equivalency Program (HEP), Texas Prefreshman Engineering Program (TexPREP), Upward Bound, Upward Bound Math & Science, and the Valley Outreach Center (Mother Daughter Program, GO Center, Pre-College Academic Programs).
