BroncPrint Wireless Printing

Description

BroncPrint Wireless Printing provides access to different printers located throughout campus at convenient locations through a web interface.

Functionality

Print documents from anywhere on campus to your printer of choice, without having to go stop by a computer lab. BroncPrint allows you to manage your printing preferences, print in color (where available), and/or double-sided. You can also check your printing credit balance and printing records.

Hours of Availability

24x7, 365 days. System might be down during schedule maintenance periods.

Requests

You can log into myUTPA and click on the BroncPrint link to find one of our conveniently located printers on campus and successfully print. UTPA credential will be required. To report problems call 956-665-2020.

Q:How do I access the wireless printing?
A:
Please login to myUTPA and click on the icon that says Bronc Print under the My Applications section on the left side of the window.
Q:How many credits will I get every semester?
A:
Quota is awarded automatically each semester to enrolled students, and current employees/staff.
Students
  • Fall: 250 Credits
  • Spring: 250 Credits
  • Summer: I 125 Credits
  • Summer: II 125 Credits

Faculty/Staff:
  • 25 credits per semester


NOTE: Printing quotas and costs are subject to change each semester.

Additional credits can be requested by students once their quota has been depleted. Students must come in person to the scheduling office located in ACSB 2.162 during regular hours, Monday – Friday from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. with a valid UTPA student ID.
