Training Management
Description
The web based training management application allows university departments, staff and faculty the capability of setting up and managing training.
Functionality
- The Training Management Application allows registered and authenticated trainers the capability of managing multiple courses and handing the registration of users for these courses.
- Specifically, the application is capable of the following: Setup and creation of course templates; Creation of multiple instances of courses based on previously created course templates; Per course seating limitations with automated wait-listing functions built-in; Automatic notification to trainers of user registrations; Ability to handle course drops with subsequent integration of wait-listed users based on first-come-first serve; Sign-in Sheets automatically created for printing; Ability to mark course participation; Reporting capabilities.
Hours of Availability
The service is available 24 x 7 x 365, except during planned maintenance and upgrades.
