Remote support is technology that enable IT Support Analysts to be able to share control of your computer or mobile phone. It allows IT Support Analysts to be able to visually see and troubleshoot technical issues that you might be experiencing with your computer or mobile phone.
Being able to visually see the incident you are experiencing allows the IT Support Analysts to diagnose and possibly find a solution to your incident sooner.
The Computer Support Desk is open Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Computer Support Desk is closed during state holidays or when the campus is closed.
