The service consists of High Performance Computing Services on a multimode Computing Cluster. The Items covered below constitute the service provided by the HPCC administrator currently agreed upon and do not include any new software that may be purchased in the future. Install, configure, and test software. Troubleshoot systems problems. Troubleshoot customer problems. Consult with customers.
The benefits of the service are utilization of computing resources equivalent to 250 desktop PC's. Software: Gaussian, Matlab, Mathematica, NAMD, NWCHEM, VDM, Velvet, Galaxy, WEKA Utilities: FFTW, Intel Compilers, Intel MKL Math Kernel Libraries, OpenMpi, PBSPro, Xming
HPCC support is provided from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, excluding university holidays. Availability and usage of HPCC resources is 24/7 365 days a year.
