Project Management serves to produce benefits by standardizing and following project management principles, practices, policies, processes, and methods in accordance with industry standard methodology. It also ensures project management processes and procedures are in compliance with UT System policy and state requirements.
- Initiation: The phase where a project is recognized and authorized.
- Planning: The phase where the project objectives are defined and refined and the best approach to reach the agreed objectives is defined.
- Execution: The phase where the project work is done, monitored, and managed.
- Closing: The phase where the project is formally recognized as the end of a project, accepting the project and bringing the project to an orderly conclusion.
Hours of Availability
Service is available during normal University business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm from Monday – Friday.
