The Computer Support Desk provides information about most computing resources on campus. It resolves problems and creates incidents for most IT departments. The Computer Support Desk will help customers get answers to technical related issues or guide them to the correct contact to get that answer.
The Computer Support Desk is open Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., The Computer Support Desk is closed during weekends, state holidays, or when the campus is closed.
This service can be requested by logging into myUTPA and clicking on the ServiceNow icon. The ServiceNow self-service page can be used to submit and track the status of all requests.
