Computer Support Desk

Description

The Computer Support Desk provides information about most computing resources on campus. It resolves problems and creates incidents for most IT departments. When support analysts are not able to provide answers to your questions, an incident will be created for your request. You can keep track of your incident athttps://itsupport.utpa.edu/

Functionality

The Computer Support Desk will help customers get answers to technical related issues or guide them to the correct contact to get that answer.

Hours of Availability

The Computer Support Desk is open Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., The Computer Support Desk is closed during weekends, state holidays, or when the campus is closed.
