The service is provided by Microsoft and consists of collaboration for email, calendaring, task management and online file storage for university students. Service remains available after the student is no longer enrolled or has not been inactive for 6 months.
Service is available to all students via web, desktop clients, and smart phones via university or public internet access. This email address is the primary email contact by the university.
24x7, 365 days. System might be down during schedule maintenance periods set by Microsoft.
This service can be requested by logging into myUTPA and clicking on the ServiceNow icon. The ServiceNow self-service page can be used to submit and track the status of all requests.
