Facsmile Services
Purpose
To obtain facsimile (FAX) services on campus please submit a Telephone Services Request form to authorize charges to your department’s account. Once your request is received Telephone Services may contact you for more information.
Scope
This SOP is intended for faculty and staff of The University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg Texas.
Prerequisites
- You will need to submit a completed Telephone Service request form
Download the Telephone Services Request form; complete; and submit to Telephone Services CO: Office Manager NECC 2.626. Please provide your phone number on your submitted Telephone Services Request form.
Responsibilities
Request forms should be submitted to Telephone Services at NECC 2.626. We can be reached at ext. 7155 (956-665-7155).
Procedure
- Download the Telephone Services Request form; complete; and submit to Telephone Services CO: Office Manager NECC 2.626.
- Please provide your phone number on your submitted Telephone Services Request form.
- Please have project manager signature to authorize charges.
