General Assistance

Purpose

To obtain assistance from Telephone Services please call the IT Help Desk at ext. 2020 (956-665-2020) to log your request. Once your request is logged Telephone Services may contact you for more information or to have you submit a Telephone Services Request form should charges need to be applied for services.

Scope

This SOP is intended for faculty and staff of The University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg Texas.

Prerequisites

Responsibilities

Request forms should be submitted to Telephone Services at NECC 2.626. We can be reached at ext. 7155 (956-665-7155).

Procedure

  • Call the IT Help Desk at ext. 2020 (956-665-2020) to log your service request.
  • Your service request will be assigned a ticket number so that you can track your request.
  • Download the Telephone Services Request form; complete; and submit to Telephone Services CO: Office Manager NECC 2.626.
  • Please provide your Call ID number on your submitted Telephone Services Request form.
