Program Requirements

Students admitted to the program are required to:

• Attend regularly scheduled small group seminars, informational meetings and other special events
• Meet on a regular basis with a mentor
• Participate in community service projects
• Join a campus organization
• Complete a Leadership Minor
• Serve on campus committees
