Application Requirements
In order for your application to be considered complete, please make sure that the following documents are also submitted:
- A copy of your final official high school transcript.
- A minimum of (2) recommendation forms. The completed recommendation forms should be mailed according to the instructions on the form. Recommenders (advisor, community leader or high school administrator) should be familiar with your leadership abilities.
