We are a telecommunication services department under the Division of Information Technology and a member of the Consortium of College and University Media Centers (CCUMC).

Classroom Technology Support
Our department provides maintenance and repair of technology equipped classrooms and audio visual equipment. On this link, you will find a user's guide for equipment in technology equipped classrooms.
Video Conferencing
Our department provides coordination and technical support for two-way live videoconferencing. On this link, instructors can learn how to utilize our videoconferencing facilities and how to make arrangements to teach a class to a remote site via videoconferencing.
Video Production
Our department produces videos of university events, as well as promotional and instructional videos. This link provides procedures on how to request video production services.
