*Please keep in mind our 40 adult seating capacity
Presentations can last 30 minutes to 1 hour, and consist of:
- Full Dome Video (Ranges from 25 to 30 minutes)
- Night Sky Presentation which can consist of:
• Demonstrate advanced astronomy concepts.
• Simulate the sky from any point on Earth or from other planets
and moons.
• Move forward or backward in time at varying speeds.
• Simulate eclipses, and meteor showers.
• Display orbits of the planets.
• Display paths of the planets against the stars.
• Display ecliptic, celestial equator, meridian, and equatorial grids.
• Show the entire celestial sphere.
• Demonstrate atmospheric effects, such as sunsets or a blue sky.
• View actual images of more than 100 deep space objects.
• Show constellation outlines, names, and artwork.
• Show constellations from multiple cultures (currently Western, Polynesian, Chinese, Navajo, ancient Egyptian, Lakota, and Inuit).
