How to apply?

1. Fill out the STUDY ABROAD APPLICATION FORM and the STUDY ABROAD ADVISEMENT CONFIRMATION FORM.
   
   Submit:
• Official Transcript
• One Letter of Recommendation of a Professor
• Letter of Intent
• 2 Passport-sized Pictures
• Proof of Admission at UTPA
  
2. To get officially enrolled fill out the ENROLLMENT FORM. To reserve your spot, make your deposit of $300.00 (Faculty-led Programs) or $150.00 (Individual Programs-for Individual Programs please see and follow these additional steps) on time and pay for your mandatory International Insurances ($25.00) at the Payments and Collections Office.
3. Submit copies of your receipts to the Office of International Programs (COAS 125) along with the completed Enrollment form.
4. Fill out the following forms:
• PERSONAL INFORMATION FORM
• LIABILITY WAIVER
• RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION FORM
• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PARTICIPATION FORM
5. Bring a copy of your PASSPORT.
6. Ensure to visit the Student Health Services
7. Make your PAYMENTS on time.
8. Make sure you pay for your program in full before departure.
9. Get ready for your trip; pack your bags, take sufficient money/credit cards with you and ENJOY YOUR STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM!!!
