Policies :
All contracts are approved for a specific period of time. For exchange/visiting programs, we recommend for each student to complete the following:
A student must begin initial contact with Ms. Yolanda Martinez from Office of Residence Life by e-mail.
A deposit of $ 100 dollars must be submitted in the form of check or money order with reservation agreement.
It is important for each student to specify the correct dates of the program on the reservation agreement in order to avoid confusion and any unnecessary charges. Any cancellation before the contract ends will result with a fee of $350 dollars.
Complete payment for the semester or summer session must be given at the beginning of each term.
