BRONCS SET ALUMNI GAME SATURDAY EDINBURG, TX-The University of Texas-Pan American's baseball team will hold its annual Alumni Game Saturday at the Edinburg Baseball Stadium. Festivities will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the home run derby. The alumni game will follow at 12 noon. It is scheduled for six innings, and will feature two teams of alumni playing against each other. "We're hoping to have a good turnout," said UTPA Head Coach Willie Gawlik. "In the past, we've had between 40 and 60 alumni, and we're hoping for that same kind of turnout again. It's a great opportunity for the alumni to get together, share some stories about the past and the present, and see people they haven't seen for a while, and have the opportunity to contribute to our baseball program."
