PROCESS NAME

PURPOSE

MOEs for Direct Wage Employees To allow an assignment for a new employee to be created on computer systems.
MOEs for Regular Staff/Faculty To allow an assignment for a new employee to be created on computer systems.
Revised MOEs for Direct Wage Employees To extend an assignment for an existing employee.
Revised MOEs for Salaried Staff/Faculty To obtain approval required from outside the Division of Business Affairs.
Sign In (for new employees) To ensure that employee is eligible to work, information required by the State and Federal governments is on file, and set up employee's benefits package.
Termination Notice for Direct Wage Employees To initiate exit procedures for a direct wage employee who is leaving UTPA.
Termination Notice (Salaried) To initiate exit procedures for a salaried employee who is leaving UTPA.
Exit Procedures To update employee records, clear holds, and release paycheck.
Grievance To provide all employees with a mechanism to voice concerns over working conditions or treatment.
Discipline and Dismissal To provide a fair mechanism for administering severe disciplinary action.
Personnel Requisition To hire a new employee.
Worker's Compensation To ensure that an employee receives due compensation in case of injury.
