Anniversary of the "Anuario Humanitas" of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León where he presented a paper on: "El Humanismoa A Través de los Siglos" at the Colegio Civil in Monterrey, NL. Dr. García is a frequent contributor to this distinguished journal.
